If the product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us. After verifying your claim, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.

Returns

Return Period

Customers have the right to return a purchased product within 100 days from the date of receiving the shipment, provided that:

  • the product is unused
  • the product remains in its original condition
  • the original packaging and tags are included
  • proof of purchase or order number is provided

Return Costs

Returns are made at the customer’s expense.

Products should be sent back to our warehouse in Asia. We recommend using a shipping service that offers parcel tracking.

ROVONDO is not responsible for packages lost during return transportation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used when placing the order.

The refund covers the amount paid for the product and may be reduced by the original shipping costs, if applicable.
